It's Steve Irwin! As a Centaur! It's a Steve-taur!! (I call dibs on the name!)

I had the idea a week or so back to draw Steve Irwin wrangling various mythical creatures - centaurs, griffens, dragons, etc.

Then I got the idea of giving Steve a special centaur to tussle with - my favorite semi-famous centaur, Stinz Lowhard! Here's a picture of Stinz ----> [link] (sorry that the image is so small)

Anyway, I still plan on doing both ideas... but thinking about Stinz and his family, gave me the idea of drawing Steve and his family... as centaurs!

So, here's my first Steve-taur!

I decided to keep the little doodle in the upper right-hand corner. Gives you a feel of the kinds of situations the Steve-taur would encounter as a four-legger naturalist. You kinda feel sorry for the croc, don't ya?
