This young female rabbit is a childhood friend of Blue and Kelly and has came back to Redwood falls after her and her family have been traveling all over North America and even though she's a rabbit and literally has a rabbit's foot, she is also accident prone and bad things happen to her and the people that are around her which Blue & Kelly tries to prevent from happening by having Lora stay away from anything sharp and dangerous.
