Color is easy for you. You easily get a sense of three dimensions using color. Expressing form with line, and with tone and shadow - those are your challenges. Unfortunately these are three separate areas of drawing skill. Getting good at one doesn't help with either of the others. One must develop each independently.

It's rare that a person will have equal facility and aptitude for all three areas. Most have one, some have two. Many painters find it too difficult to learn to draw well compared to how easy it is for them to use color. Many sculptors and illustrators expert in "form", don't learn to command color. They are separate skills. Unfortunately, weak souls tend to rely upon strengths, instead of working through weakness to make it a strength.
The path of the SUNDOG Ichiban School is always to put the lion's share of effort into developing strength from weakness; weakness is regarded as a gift from which the wise cultivate strength.
