oh i thought you said you had someother program i need to read more corectly i have adobe photoshop elements 2.0 . but i want a more updated art program for like tags and pixel art have any ideas?

ohh i use ms paint to draw and my adobe photoshop elemants 2.0 to shade .. well i do everything on paint the base and everything and i use adobe for the layers and stuff so i can change colors and its just cool..lol

yeah..... always... I couldn't draw anything without it 
(but this background can be done also by using a mouse....

I'm looking into tablets... but my pockets are pretty empty right now, I just spent over $2000 on a new computer. Not so much for drawing though as it is for ad design and photo editing.
