I heard once that people are increasingly deciding to not have kids, and buy and spend the money on pets instead. While its not a lifestyle I would choose, it's an interesting perspective. While my Boston Terrier (the dog seen in the picture) is a part of the family, I couldn't imagine a life without my siblings.ΒRelated content

That's a really interesting thing to think about; I hadn't ever really considered pets as people's alternatives to children. There are so many different lifestyles and family dynamics now, that it seems a very real way of going about things. If you like pets. Β
