Description
A subtly feminist dipdych. A few definitions for you:Synecdoche - A figure of speech in which a part is used for the whole (as hand for sailor, or legs for a woman)
Scopophilia - Literally, the love of looking. The term refers to the predominantly male gaze of Holloywood cinema, which enjoys turning women into objects to be looked at (rather than subjects with their own voice and subjectivity).
Critique the idea, or the photos, or the photos as a set.

I think the angle of the legs make an interesting flow between the left and the right image. It didn't remind me at all of the swastika until ~statepropaganda mentioned it. But that isn't necessarily a bad thing, I mean initialy the swastika was commonly used as a sacred symbol meaning "well-being". So don't change the framing.
Overall the photos have a smooth, foggy ambience to them which is nice and soothing yet a bit eery at the same time.

I totally don't see a swastika. :/
I think it's lovely in the way you've presented it and the subtle, foggy atmospheric light is wonderful. I also like the small addition of personal effects in the background.

I like the idea and the photos...I don't think there is enough of the swastika in the design to worry about changing anything.
All artists probably have "the love of looking" to some extent. I know I do. We just have to realize that the substance is much deeper than the skin.

I don't know why, but when I looked at that, I immediately saw a swastika. I guess that is *not* what you were aiming for at all...

Oh holy hell, I see that. It's the angle of the legs, especially in the photo on the right. That is not so good. I need to think of different ways to frame this then... Thanks for bringing it to my attention. =\
