Rage-take! ....like a spit take but with more napalm.So yeah, for those of you who don't know, DC Nation (Green Lantern the Animated Series, Young Justice, and all the shorts) was pulled this morning with no warning or reason. Even the creators had no idea what was up. It went unaddressed for hours until Cartoon Network came in and told the fans the block will be on hiatus until January.
"New episodes in January! Isn't that awesome?!
"No, Cartoon Network. No, it's not.
My household (all regular DC Nation viewers) have sent emails, feedback, and tweets and we're boycotting CN for the time being. Hopefully the backlash from this will let CN know that this isn't kosher.

I would love if they would bring it back, but I'm not really seeing them doing it sadly. They tried doing fan funding to restart it, but they fell too short of the goal.

Sorry, maybe I'm misinterpreting what you wrote, but are you saying my picture or response to the hiatus was overkill? I don't believe it is. They brought a show back from a 3-month long hiatus to play two episodes then pull it with no warning, even to the people who made it. And what better way to show my displeasure than to voice it.

better two episodes are to see how season two will lead into it's not like can lead into sinsetro's corps. and besides boycotting cartoon network just for one show just doesn't make much sense. (i made a better argument about this early but i think it didn't go through so i'm making this half assed version instead sorry)

I can understand if you don't think boycotting is necessary. You certainly have the right to believe that. However, I don't like the direction Cartoon Network had been taking for some time (which I didn't mention here but I did mention to the executives I emailed) and their blatant disregard for the people they get their material from is inexcusable to me. Therefore, I will boycott until their practices improve.
Also, Sinestro actually was scheduled to come in starting at episode 18. (I think? Two episodes from the Steam Lantern one.) The next season is already done.

well then i don't have much to say then just keep the boycott under control and i don't know how much the cartoon TV business works but as long as the ceos leading then it'll led that way until they think other wise.
i'm just glad there getting back on track with cartoons instead of all the live show like build destroy or what if because that's probably the worse thing they did.

i know that you don't approve of the hiatus but they probably have a good reason for it,that doesn't mean you have to boycott cartoon network for it. it's hard finding a replacement arch after the red lanterns.
the series hasn't even touch the sinsetro's corp let alone let alone the blue lanterns since saint walker is the only one, and besides two episodes are better then none. At lest they let you have something to see whats to come in january.

And then mebbe Aya...which is ironic considering those two are totally gonna end up a couple...once they figure out the other likes them. You seen the latest GL episode where they rescue Aya and she asks for RAZOR? They are so unknowingly in love it's funny.

I heard the unofficial reason has to do with the whole 20th anniversary/birthday thing they have going but that still doesn't make sense to me. For one how does how to train your dragon riders of berk qualify more than DC Nation?

What pisses me off the most is the description for the new green lantern episode was steam punk! I REALLY WANTED TO SEE THAT!! I was falsely given excitement. I think the guys at DC should release the episodes on dvd before January.

The episodes actually showed up on iTunes and Amazon. I managed to nab them both (before CN gets a chance to take them down) so you can watch them next time you're over.

you mean how?. we probably cant fix it but we can complain to the days end. even if they dont read our complaints they still have to delete them and i am calling upon eery one if you like adventure time or regular show or other you can watch it. but do not watch the cn randomly boycot to some extent. untill someone admits they made a mistake and tries to fix it.
