It is rather cute I really enjoy pixel art and it seems Deviantart has no shortage of that. If possible you could upload it larger so we could see a bit more of it. If this is its intended size to be viewed at then you have to keep in mind readability. It seems in the torso area it's getting quite detailed. At this distance it's hard to properly read all of that detail and tell what is going on for sure. The same goes with the tufts of hair above her hand. When working this small you want to convey your idea as clearly as possible without a wide variety of detail. Try working with different ways to simplify the areas but still imply detail.
