Uh well...this was done way back and at that point I was kinda making a character / hero of my own so I decided to put him in there just for the heck of it!

Oh just someone who had powers similar to Spiderman's but his usage of them was kinda different. Also he was gonna be a member of of the X-men. I'd designed a costume for him too but then I guess I just gave up on the idea...
