The most important is my Photoshop workflow, if you really use this technic, it's really easy to create!
After there is the brush skill... But there is not secret, we have to practice more!

Amazing work!
After GTA4 flunky port to the PC, i'm now a severe supporter of good art in simple shaders for games... well, our Indie engines like 3d gamestudio really don't support much options besides that
But at least ours are PLAYABLE, unlike the stupid titles who asks for NASA computers nowadays.
