Description
Rainbow KeyboardA rainbow of light over my well used and rather dirty keyboard. This is caused naturally as the sunlight passes through the prism-effect transparent edge of my Samsung "Touch of Colour" monitor bezel.
Best seen in full size if you can, use download link, its rather dirty and full of fingerprints etc but thats kind of the point
This is not manipulated in any way. (except, well it is cropped)
PS. I really should clean my keyboard, i never noticed how dirty it was until this photo...

Up to you if you interpret anything from this or just see it as a photo of a keyboard. For me though, what actually made me submit this was i realised i actually sat and 'reflected' on this picture when first taking it off the camera. The combination of a dirty piece of modern technology and the spectrum of light / rainbow.. i dont know how to describe it, just something that made me think.
The contest seems to have been abandoned or forgotten at this point, still, i like this picture and there are others submitted that are great too.

I'm glad you liked so many of my pictures
To be honest i am not so sure i have a good eye, i am not very artistic at all. The way i get my pictures is partly being in the right place at the right time but more that i take LOTS of pictures. I've taken several hundred this month with no more than ~20 that i would want to show to anyone. As for good enough for deviantArt maybe only 3-4 of those several hundred will make it here.
With digital camera you can try, review, retry, re-review, retry again, its brilliant!

Hey, if taking lots of pictures is your thing thats great^^ But i still think your artistic. And i know how you feel when you say u dont want to show anyone and good enough for DA? I sometimes think lots of my stuff isent, which is proboly why i dont have very much on my DA page...that and my scanner hates me, hee he.
But anyways, i really liked it^^ Thumbs up for u^^
And to be honest ive thought of trying my habd at taking photos, maybe i will try it someday^^

This photo is something completely new and different for me but especially with my bird pictures there is a definate improvement over the months i've been photographing them.

True, u dont need a scanner for photos, which would be quiet nice.And i am taking art still in school, which is fun^^
By the way, do you use a normal digital camra, or do u use a really expensive digital camra?

I have a really long answer so i'll note you, but the simple answer is my camera is pretty expensive yes
