I have always wanted to do aforbidden love story and I think I finally have the right characters and setting for it. I started with aliens but that had been done too often. Now its is a robot and human love story. It will be a bit like inter-racial relationships in the 1800s, totally taboo and unheard of. Robots (Apparati) are considered second class, less than humans. They are not allowed to own land, vote, or have real jobs. Thanks to the Apparati uprising they are no longer slaves, they are paid the absolute minimum for their work and there are extreme prejudices toward them.
