Exposed to the sun, a female, dark-haired, black-clad malignant narcissist flails in torpor: her eyes clenched shut, stricken; her jaws, still drenched in the blood of her last kill, open fiercely in an ear-piercing shriek, exposing wicked teeth; her strapless black evening gown, goth neck choker and ironic St Cuthbert cross leave her bone-white skin just too too exposed to the sunlight, drenching her in agony. Her frantic arm gestures are caught in a crisp, frozen moment of crisis, smoke billowing from the hands, presaging the engulfing fire.Β

I adore the fact that you didn't add any fire, my favorite vamp version is the one they just get cauterized/melting until the very inside without any fire effect!

I used one of Photoshop's brushes. Then highlighted it with a standard circular brush.
