This was actually put on my car one night while I was at USF.It was an advertisement for a DJ. I literally had a panic attack when I first saw this. I couldn't see any dents (but it was dark outside). After a few minutes of hyperventilating I noticed the notecard on a number of other cars, picked up the card and flipped it over to the advertisement of a DJ on the back.
Needless to say I will not be recommending his service.
Worst advertising ever!

Nah, its just my punching dummy. It does look like some creepy person though doesnt it? It scares me when I just see it out of the corner of my eye becasue it looks like a person.
