Name: Laurie Pierce
Age: 15
Faction: Strategist
Subfaction: Runner, though she'll happily be anything else when needed. (except cook...she can't even make toast w/o completely burning it to a crisp)
Weapon of choice: Crowbar, though anything will do in a pinch.
Personality:
At first glance she looks like she would have a happy and sunny disposition, but it's quite different when you get to know her. She's often called blunt, though she prefers refer to it as "Skipping less important crap." She also seems to have a knack for weaving light cursing, morbid humor, and sarcasm into much of her speech patterns.
Most people she meets are treated with about as much respect as a zombie, minus the head-bashing part. Unless, of course, you're in charge or if you befriend her. Though what you consider friendship and what she considers friendship are two entirely different things.
-Save her sorry ass at least once: Acquaintance
-Risk your life/job/other for her: Bud
-Do both at once: Trusted Bud
-Any of the above multiple times: Friend
That's about the gist of her "friendship scale", as anything more then that could prevent her from shooting you if you turn into a zombie.
If she is under immense pressure or pissed off she gains the skill of cussing and blowing up at people much faster than usual.
She hates to be a leader, to her it seems like to much responsibility. The closest she gets to true leadership is when she's by herself or when no one else can fight.

History For about half her life, she'd been fascinated with zombies and their concepts. She had a huge collection of different books and video games by the time she was 10, and she considered herself an expert on them by the time she was 12.
Needless to say, she was mighty shocked when zombies became a reality, especially considering how they came to be. (She was always more fond of the Resident Evil-ish Zombie origin theory)
She and her brother (Her mom was already dead, and her father was in the military) had enough street smarts to get themselves through some of the invasion unscathed, but they were separated. After following a group of survivors to a Rush headquarters/base, she eagerly joined up.
She's also recently come to terms with the fact that both her brother and dad are zombies by now.

Reason for joining the Rush: To survive and to help others do the same.

Extra info stuffs:
-She has little experience using a gun larger than a small pistol. Any other information is from shooter games.
-A large majority of her 'zombie knowledge' comes from random internet sites.
-Her bag didn't come with the symbol, she drew it with a sharpie.
-The few bandages she has are from injuries she's obtained while running from zombies.. none have been inflicted by a zombie physically.
-Her Subfaction Ribbon is around her neck.
-Her MZPK-bag (as she likes to call it) had been prepared almost a year before most people knew zombies would really exist.
-She stole the gloves and crowbar..No one's sure from who though.
