I kind of picture this taking place right after Artemis’s safe return from the undercover mission.

Basically as soon as her part is over Dick says ‘alright let’s get you back to Wally’ and of course Artemis is so ready to see him and she has a cute but simple outfit with her for just this occasion. But it’s colder than she hoped for so Dick sees she’s cold and offers her his sweatshirt and she takes it graciously.

So then they get to Wally and they are just both so excited to see each other and Wally is relieved that it is over and she’s safe and he picks her up and it just feels so good to have her in his arms again.

And Dick watches a little ways off, so happy that it’s over and she’s safe and his best friends are together again but inside he’s just kicking himself for being the one who tore them apart in the first place.
