Oh gosh, I suck at titles. Oh well.So, this was supposed to be a water goddess but it looks more like a sprite or nymph so yeah... :l Well, it's still nice. :3
Since she's the representation of water, the disintegrating parts of her body are how humans have destroyed parts of the ocean ecosystem.
