I have a higher res version... not very good since textures are not really infinitely scalable.
As for the textures (yes, I used 2 textures), I didn't bother that much. Here they are:

Oh, and one thing with textures: Well, apparently when you insert a picture in your SVG the file size can get really large, even after exporting it's still quite big. Remove the picture, all good.
