You know, it may sound weird but I seriously feel like cosplaying this character. I mean, he's just awesome and when I consider a character awesome - which I normally don't do but this concept and design is just amazing - I feel like cosplaying them. Of course I'd need your permission for this. It's just that I already have a wig - not on purpose for cosplaying this character though - which is blue and looks pretty like his hairstyle. And the gas mask and clothes wouldn't be a problem either.

What sort of filters do you usually use?
I generally do my art in Sai, but I would LOVE to achieve the grainy effects you always seem to pull off... any tips would really, really be appreciated. <3

well i mostly used textures here 
however there is a filter in photoshop called noise in which you can make a grainy effect (which i do use sometimes)

The more I see him, the more I love him--and the mystery of him. I still don't get his story at all...but he just has that young badass nature to him. And I LOVE the colors of this piece; it's like some redemptive energy is trying to get his attention. And he only looks semi interested.
