Product of the NCR's (New Centerlot Republic) Fallen Angel Project, these two 45mm AA (Anti Alicorn) Cannons were designed and developed by NCR Heavy Weapon Specialist Captain Thunder Shock in response to a Unity threat made against her mate Second Chance. "Either you join us willingly, or we will lay waste to every pony in the valley" Was the message Unity told Chance, who told Thunder, who then made the cannons.

The cannons, known as "Thunder's Wrath" are twin 45mm AA cannons that fire a HEAP (high explosive anti personal) and APSB (armor piercing shield bypass) rounds. Each gun holds 5 rounds in the mag, and also have recoil dampeners on the barrels. Also each gun has integrated wireless optical sights that link to the NCR's heavy armor's HUD system in the helmet. The guns have an effective range of 1500ft.
