What program did you use to color it with, and how did you get the color to come out so cleanly in the lines? I always struggle with that in Photoshop.

This is an adorable character design! It's uniform in theme and colour scheme; the winged cloak brings her (?) designs together nicely. Looks petite enough to carry around in your pocket although that's probably not the case. xD I suppose this would look more vibrant in 3D?
