Description I seriously think this is what my dogs talk about. They're like...obcessed with mutilating squirrels. Seriously, if you weigh less than like, thirty pounds, be sure you never fall out of a tree in my back yard, or these guys will be all over you. They'll be all over you anyway if you even walk inside the fence, but they'll lick you instead of trying to have you for dinner. They couldn't drive away a burglar if they tried, but they'll eat anything that falls out of a tree.

So, left to right, that's Princess, Jack, Buster, and Lassie, the mother of the other three (no, they don't look anything like her). She's not the hunter that her babies are. And yes, my puppies are nuts.

Yikes! It's strange to think that's what some small, cute, (Ok, I realise dogs are carnivorous), animals are thinking!

Great fur on the tails!

lol. Squirrels. I like it when shotgun pellets shatter their bones, but I like even more when they're cooking in a stew or a gumbo, or when they're sizzling on a pan. Yum!

I sure hope you're not an anti-hunter or an animal rights activist, because this would be quite embarrassing. You don't strike me as that type, though.

That sounds like my dog, Zack. He's a Scottish golden retriever, and he's freindly to literally every human, and would lick a serial killer to death, but when it comes to birds... let's just say we don't see many nests in our backyard. I'll post a picture of him soon, if you're interested. He's REALLY cute!

Nice drawing, BTW.

About the squirrel thing, you know I was joking, right? I mean, they taste good and everything, but... you know... I hunt them, but I'm not THAT sick, ok.

Prepare to be embarrased.

You're talking to someone who stops just short of being a PETA member. Seriously, I don't hunt, don't like hunters (no, boys, camo gear and big guns isn't a turn-on... ), and tend to agree with most animal rights people (except the wierd ones who say people shouldn't have animals in their homes or on TV. I say so long as they're treated well, it's okay to have them around - dogs pine for human company, and most animals will come to at least tollerate and enjoy your presence. It's the cruelty issues I have issues with). Funny enough, I'm not a total vegitarian - I do eat some meat. Don't really like it (I'll take fish over a steak any day), but I do pick at it some.

I'll spare you the rant, though. THIS time.

I could type five pages of information explaining why hunting is beneficial to the environment and to the animal population, but I'll spare you the trouble as you did me. I really don't want to argue about it with you, as long as you don't go preaching animal rights to me or anybody else. I'm about to post a new thread on IG, because I'm sick of people puking up PETA's bullshit propaganda back into my face in order to call me evil. I'm going to put these brainwashed idiots in their place. (I'm, of course, not referring to you.) You should read it. You'll learn a lot. (all of it is proven fact, too, so there's no arguing this time.)

Sorry, but I show a respect for animals that you wouldn't believe, as do most hunters. We're raised being taught how to respect them and how not to be cruel to them. It's a way of life that just isn't understood by people that don't hunt, and they try to put us down and insult us by saying that we do the very things we're against. If you want to know why hunters always get angry in the presence of animal rights activist, you should learn the other side of the issue. Their words hit a nerve in the soul of every good, respectful hunter that provokes the same desperate anger that African Americans get when they are being singled out by white people. Our way of life is being threatened by ignorant people who just don't understand.

I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings in any way, but... well... you just hit that nerve. It hurts my feelings that even you, someone who seems so open-minded, would be against my way of life. I didn't expect you to be pro-hunting, of course, but I didn't expect you to be anti. We're still friends, but... damn, Sandy. This hurts.

However, send me a DA note if you get the time. I'd love to hear what you have to say on the topic, and I'd love to have a debate over this. I want to see how many times I have to prove you wrong to make you understand that hunting is rarely cruel. Consider it a challenge. Let's see how much you really know about this; I'm truly curious.

" Never again will I be dishonored
And never again will I be reminded
We're living within the world of the jaded
They killed inspiration
It's my obligation
To never again, allow this to happen
Where do I begin?
The choices are endless
Denying the sin
My art, my redemption
I carry the torch of my fathers before me

The thing I treasure most in life cannot be taken away
There will never be a reason why I will surrender to your advice
To change myself, I'd rather die
Lonely, we'll not understand
I will make the greatest sacrifice
You can't predict where the outcome lies
You'll never take me alive
I'm alive
I'm alive
I'm alive..."

-Disturbed

I will fight these people to the end, Sandy, no matter the cost. No one has the right to insult my very culture and my way of life. Nobody can take that from us. Not even someone as intelligent as you. I've dealt with the ignorance of the mainstream for too long, and I've heard too much of PETA's propaganda to bear much longer. You put a government-issued book in front of them and they refuse to read it. GOVERNMENT ISSUED! (The lack of protien must be affecting their brain function.) If you're with them, you're against me. What they're doing is wrong; they're threatening whole cultures, for Christ's sake! Please, Sandy, for the love of God, don't get sucked in. I value your friendship.
