This is just a rework of an old sketch I did of Chun-Li on my mobile phone a while back.
Done in Photoshop CS6 in about 2 hours

Great job. Only suggestion: on her left thigh, if it were to match the size of her right thigh (the one bent out), as it would be flexed in this position, it would offer a greater contour on the fabric of her uniform.
