"We walked all the way through this forest and Creamy Delight doesn't seem tired, Saru." Akemi said, yawning. "I can't wait to see our little angels eating those fruits."
"I have to admit, Akemi." Saru replied, yawning as well. "Cream is younger than us. And since we are gone to take those star-shaped fruits, we all got new upgrades. Look at those metal spikes I got!"
The dark grey Evoloon showed his rear and his legs. They grew metal spikes on them. Akemi showed his newly obtained shark fins on his back. Both of the older Evoloons were happy to have gotten new features. They will certainly show the youngs. Cream didn't really care about showing his new Antennae. He was happy with that upgrade but all he wanted was to head back to the nest.

Their backs and baskets full of Melanoid Fruits, the three explorers walked the long way they made to their home, their headquarters, where the twins and Phobo were waiting for their dinner.
"Thankfully we had some of the regular fruits for the long travel." Saru said.
"True." Akemi replied, sighing. "If we hadn't taken those apples and oranges, we would have died due to starvation...."
Cream didn't even turn his head to hear the two adults talking. The young Evoloon continued to walk.

I did add the shadings, they are just barely visible in the dark, but I did the shadings.
