Another new Nerf Gun! This one is called the "Rough Cut" and fires two darts at a time. It's basically supposed to be a Nerf shotgun. It has no accuracy, but good distance and is uber fun to shoot. Part of the Elite series as well. Like the Firestrike, they made this super easy to repaint. Few pieces, but the internals remove in two chunks. Really, really easy to gut and return when the painting is done. My concept for this one follows my "Deputy" mod, namely that this is the Steampunk Sheriff's main weapon, hence the metal stars on the handle. This thing still fires great too.-Enjoy!

This is definitely the steampunk firearm of choice. I have one up I recently did for Dragoncon2013 if you'd offer some critique, it's a converted Firestrike, and I should be posting my own rough cut by tomorrow if you'd be willing to offer some critique. I really did the badges on the handle, it sells the steampunk sheriff so well, and the thought of just the handle sticking out of a holster really would be an eye catcher to those that are, how we say "avoiding the authorities" Kudos and keep up the good work!

Just a layer of black with some dry brushing copper/brass tones. If I'm remembering correctly.

I enjoy it. If you're going to repaint it and still use it, though, make sure you seal the bottom of the gun well, cause that pump handle will scratch paint off otherwise.
