Let's go because my English is getting poor these days,

- Interactive and stylish design. Looks real nice, isn't it? With sleek and smooth windows scrolling, and detailed informations, you'll really enjoying this feature.
- I'm pretty sure you'll also benefits from the Options in the right side. Plus supports for ends the task (in humble meaning, the window) and to minimize other windows (works the same way as AeroShake)
- Large thumbnail preview. You sick with Microsoft's Alt-Tab which looks too small while unsatisfied with Flip 3D that lacks detailed descriptions? Then this should fulfill your hope of them. Not big enough? Use Live peek instead.
