strength and feminity come as a delicate thing to balance, most people think we must be one or the other (mostly the latter, since even in this modern age, people seem to still be wired for wilting lilies...) you have blended the two superbly~

Girls just pretend to be weaker.
Used to know this girl over a foot shorter than me and and under half my weight...and to cut a boring story short, if she knew you were there she'd be all delicate, feminine, and defenceless, but if you left her to do something by herself she was like a cyborg!
I'm sure she was a workhorse in a previous life.
Plus, women seem to have a much better pain tolerance, if by nothing else, well evidenced by what they sometimes wear.

hahahaha, at least i'm not the only girl that appears to be delicate and small at first!

..yeh, seem small and delicate, then they out run you, out think you, out last you, out act you, out drink you, out source you,
then they leave you.
And you realise that, for some reason, while being so small, they took up so much space.
They say rowing machine is better than a cross trainer. Fact.

Maybe not so much hell for you, being all buffed up and everything, but for me? My friends standing there and I'm trying to 'sprint' a thousand metres, and then various parts of my body stop working, most worryingly my lungs ^.^
Then I get that special "Just been on the rowing machine - Yes, I don't usually do it" walk, which is more of a waddle, more of a malfunctioning exoskeleton.
Lovely

oh, trust me..even though i'm in shape, the erg (the rowing machine) is still awful. i completely understand the waddle you refer to..i do it myself haha!

Aww. That'd be cute. You could just pretend you were dancing badly or something. I do. Or you could stand still till they turn the lights off and hobble out (assuming you're in a gym of course ^.^ )

So I'm guessing the only way you could have gotten shoulders//arms like that is from rowing.
Looks like all of that paid off, you have beautiful shoulders.

you're very correct! rowing forms the body into quite the toned one.
