green is very vital color and stands for hope. In her design, her outfit also represent her personality. Bored, depressed and joyless. The eye color only shows that deep inside she is "lifeful".
And because she is a fighter/hunter she needs to camouflage into the environment. Also, the world plays a role, imagine middle ages where people don't even have possibilities to color materials especially leather.
So there are tons of reasons why she looks like that.
Also brown shows that she is natural and lives in peace with nature, while colored clothing looks more artificial.

How strong is she?

She is not overpowered. Her sword is magical, so with it, she can use many spells to defeat monsters. Without the sword, she is like a normal good trained woman. Her magical powers are not really useful, she is a typical sword fighter.

you mean like fights from the story or other OCs?
I would prefer to draw story related scenes, I don't think others have Characters that would fit into this specific world. Plus many watchers could get confused. When you mix stuff it can be funny to make a crossover for fun like bumping characters into each other and being confused... but when you mix your world with others you are losing part of your concept and copyrights, also when people pretend to have characters from the same world it can violate rules of the world because they don't have the same image of it. The characters are only strong in their own environment, so putting them in other worlds can make them lose their personality- their core what makes them and why they are like that.
