Emily Harrison and Roderick Parris in high 1980s fashion listening to new wave no doubt! I've been wanting to do this for a looong time!So this was completely for fun! I was an '80s kid and I always remember seeing Patrick Nagel's iconic artwork everywhere at the time. I always loved it so here is my tribute to Patrick Nagel - one of my favorite artists who died WAAAAAY too young! PLEASE check out his work if you're not familiar with him.
I can't seem to get away from doing period clothing but at LEAST this is more modern! LOL!

This is awesome! As soon as I saw this in my feed I knew which decade this was from without having to read the title. xD I also recognized the nod to Nagel even though I didn't know who he was (after I looked up his stuff I went, "ohhhh, that guy!"). I love Emily's bushy hair and Roderick's suit. Roderick's hairstyle reminds me of photos of my dad from the 80s. lol I'd love to see more Penn's Woods characters in different decades! The 60s maybe...they had some fun styles then!
