Description Name: Krampler

Classification: Naughtylist FUSEmon

Type: Ice/Water/Normal

Height: 4’09”

Weight: 150lbs

Client: N/A (me?)

Price: ?

Ability: Bad Habit ((Gen V ability, name prone to change)The defending Pokemon with this Ability will steal the held item (if possible) of the attacking Pokemon if a contact move is executed against it.)

Signature Move: Awful Gift
Type: Normal
Category: Other
PP: 10
Dmg: ---
Accuracy:90
"the user throws a lump of coal at the target, displacing their current held item (if any). The move has a 10% chance of generating charcoal, which has it's regular effect, and an 80% chance of being ordinary, dirty coal, which prevents the target from acting every other turn due to grief (same effect as Truant)

Notes and Observations: I got roped into a premature christmas party (read: drinking binge) with the rest of the research staff in my division two days ago. I awoke the next morning to find my right cheek stuck to the genetic algorithms of this FUSEmon. What these documents were doing in my office I have no idea; all the other staff claim I drew them up while on a drunken bender, which is a ludicrous notion since I don't drink and am very careful to avoid alcohol of any sort, and the handwriting looks nothing like mine. Nevertheless I am a scientist at heart and it would have been remiss of me to not at least attempt formulation of the DNA.
What I ended up creating was strange to say the least. Combining Staryu's and Stantler's DNA has enhanced the latent psychic abilities of both and so allow the subject TK-powered flight despite not actually being Psychic-type. The gems adorning it's face were also shown to emit a beam of infrared radiation, allowing it to see clearly ahead of itself in darkness while being invisible to humans and many pokemon. What little was scrawled on the original documents suggested that it was designed to "deliver justice on Christmas Eve" via wiping the personalities and memories of 'naughty' children through a combination of psychic suggestion and seizure-inducing flashes, thus allowing the affected the chance of building a more genial persona in the future, while the subject absconds with their presents in it's sack-shaped tail, which it then distributes amongst 'good' children. While we have substantiated it's mind-altering abilities via experimentation with human test subjects culled from high-security detention facilities, we still have no idea HOW it detemines relative naughty-or-niceness among groups of people. In light of the existing evidence, I have advised my superiors that security of the complex should be doubled in the week leading up to Christmas in preparation for a possible escape attempt.
-----------------------------------------
before you ask I know it's name isn't a portmanteau at all, but "Deliyuler" doesn't roll of the tongue nearly as well.
Here's my entry for the 5th SOTM contest, obviously. based upon Krampus, the central-european demonic companion of St. Nicholas who doles out harsh words and punishment to bad children. Though I kind of made him a capering burgular grinch-type here instead hope you like!

and the hammer of nomenclature has struck! I have changed the move's name to 'Awful Gift', since the existing one was too similar to 's Delikrow's attack.

Pokemon property of Game Freak, the Pokemon Company, Nintendo etc. Doodle property of me and the Christmas tradition.

Nice reference to Krampus! Now that's doing your research on the subject material!
...Or maybe you just happened to learn about that one day. Either way, it's cool.

Technically there is a slight difference (Coal TOSS vs. Coal THROW), but I fixed it anyway, since your submission was before mine

Wow. Sir i got to admit really i had no idea that anyone would think of such an odd new idea for this paticular contest really, I mean Delibird and Stantler probally are on everyone's minds for this contest but using staryu as an extra, pure genius! Though im guessing this paticular creature is quite..uhm...Independant?

only for 1 day in every 365, but that's why we have it under 24-hour surveillance in solitary and both Staryu and Starmie are on the list of required components anyway (presumably so you could add them as a Christmas tree decoration.)

Thank you sir. The whole rudolph thing was subconscious really, I did intend it to be a straight-up expy at first, but I sort of forgot about that when I decided to make it bipedal \/\/
