Description
A photo I took at the 'Bone' concert during the Brisbane Ekka (2006). I've added a bit of an effect on it and am really keen to get some feedback. I think it's quite effective and less harsh than the original - but the 'majority' out there may beg to differ.Related content

Hmmmm not the greatest pic. It looks like a copy paste of the singer and the instruments on a blackish background....just seems 'not quite right'.

I see what you mean. The most difficult thing was keeping the detail while improving the contrast. Stage lighting has played around with the hair enough that it probably adds to the 'unreal' aspect. Any kind of contrast/ levels adjustment either lost detail and was too dark, or looked like it had washed out and was too flat.
As it's the most realistic treatment I would have expected that one to get the
