Used: MS Paint (Paint)
yes i made myself a base and i also used it for a request i did but its only a base I can use since i made it and i stopped posting bases
Shes just a recolor oc i made a while ago like another form of her kinda thing
She turned out AWESOME!
She took forver to do the colors and get them right etc but IT WAS SO WORTH IT!
