Aren't "cherries" usually involved in Chocolate Sundaes? ha ha..sorry, I digress...Scott, I DO like this, with the reflections and color/lighting, this is a lovely composition! The model must have taken a while to get all that off too.....ah, the things models endure to please the lens!

Technical question for you...how did you come up with a good temperature range where the chocolate was liquid but not too thin and runny, and yet not too hot as to burn the model?
