The Last Fall: Introduction
A demon stumbles forward from the darkness. He's breathing is heavy and dense. He can barely stand any more, but he must continue. If he gave up now all would be lost. Blood slowly poured from his arms and trailed behind him like a red carpet lining the hallway of death. But rather the Luke warm liquid flowed independently from the gaping holes where his forearms once were. His heavy breathing mixed with the blood and he coughed trying to keep the crimson fluid now coming up his throat from chocking him. He fell to his knees, succumbing to the weakness in his legs, and spit up an unnatural pool of blood. He painfully rolled over on his back and looked up into the blinding sun of the Graydian World. The rough gray sand brazed against his skin and moved its way between his clothes and stuck to his pearly white skin. The radiant sun was filling his eyes with its bleach white rays. The whole existing universe turned white to him. It burned his eyes to the point that he could no longer keep them open. He couldn't die now. He wouldn't die now…
