Well here is another new OC. He is also a part of the Old City group. No for info time!

Personality: he has a slight sense of humor, but not really a normal kind, he laughs at things that most people wouldn't find very funny.
History: A long time ago in a different but same world, there was a catastrophe. No one alive knows exactly what happened. What they do know is that because of this a lone man walked out to the middle of a gray desert. There he set up his city. The Old City, as it is now called, became a destination for many wandering humans. These people gathered to it and it became there home. Valentine is now dead... or at least believed to be so.
