I guess, because i like to draw the character i like.
My favorites are first on my mind. And Since ling xiaoyu has a more detailed outfit (would be too much work for such small Work) the next choice is Steve. That could be the reason i decided to draw him.
Don't worry Steve can take it
I could draw a version where i switch their roles, to make it up to Steve.
