I was born and raised in LaSalle Montreal QC, next to one of the oldest city's in Canada; Lachine. For a little less than half my life this locally iconic wind mill had no blades..then the city decided to build them for the sake of the city's herritage. I think it had a certain charm to it before they added the blades.. Too bad i don't have any pictures from back then
