I JUST COULDN'T RESISTOkay, I'll explain this.
When I saw this: [link] I was like, OMG SHE'S SO CUTE and I wanted to draw her, so I did. Then somehow Rivet (My capitol citizen) appeared there and I tought they looked so cool together (and it made sense cuz well, they are around the same age and they are both stylists... Now that I think of it, they would be a good team of district stylists...).
I wasn't going to submit this but...
Whatever; after all I'm just another dumb 14.7 year old in the internet...
I know I should've asked for permision from first, but this happened so fast...
If you don't agree with me posting this, I completely understand and I will take it down.
