Description open page, open page
carries the faint scent
of that July bookshop
where i could immerse myself
in fresh, instinctive breathβ€”

longing
beneath the laughter, someday.

Will you read my work too, please?! This was short and to the point.

I like to add sugar to bittersweet blood.

I love that unique smell of old paperback pages, still with a bit of acid in them, and spots of foxing.

i like that smell a lot.
i've got lots of books and they all smell a bit different; i like the old ones but i also like the brand new ones, or at least some of them. it's very intriguing.

One of my favourites is the mustiest of all, an original first-and-only edition of 'Revolt in the Desert', by Lawrence of Arabia. American edition byΒ Doubleday condensed by Lawrence from Seven Pillars of Wisdom. 1927, if I remember correctly. 1926 if I don't.
