Oh, this is fun. Both this script and its miniscule form offer many letter variations. You get two ds, two as, two ns, sometimes even in the same word. Too bad there's no g in your example, the stereotypical insular letter.
I think in the Lindisfarne Gospels there are pages where the generously spaced majuscle lines have words as superscript in the corresponding miniscule script. There's so much stuff to play around with. I do hope there's more to come.

There is a G in Signo, but I kept it a cap G. Im planing to do a couple more pieces in this, I sorta gave up on the Pen Dutch stuff, I just didnt get into it. I love doing the Ms specially when you can twist the legs all over!
