Yeah, it's not a paradox. The court order happened before the guy had to stop coming up with ideas...unless the court was late, but it should say the court says I won't be making any ideas about stoping myself submiting a court order to stop making ideas. Piece of a crap. Some penguins CAN fly though. Maybe we just didn't discover those flying bastards yet...
