Description
this is the notebook i once touched whilst cryingand now it is salt-stained and curling at the edges
and it thinks it belongs to the ocean
thinks it will one day dissolve into sand
this is the lipstick that has no idea
how to smile convincingly, but it keeps trying
this is the glass bottle i may one day throw
into the ocean, that feels a kinship
with the notebook but has yet to figure out why
this is the door frame, the last thing in this house
that you touched, the only thing in this
house i can't bring myself to repaint

one day this will all dissolve into sand

it was very popular in the UK when i was in lower/middle school. s club 7 were kinda like the one direction of their time, except on a slightly smaller scale, and there were girls. they had a TV show. i have no idea what they're doing now, which says something.
