This is on frame of what I am calling 'Hover Cheebs'. they are two frame mouseover animations, which means the image changes back and forth each time you move and take away your cursor from the image.

This one is a gift for my friend, of the very same character I drew as payment. I like the design, and I thought it was a cute match to be balancing on a beachball! <3
