"Stinging Gaze"

CLASS: BIOCONSTRUCT

This amphiboid mutant plays host to a colony of large wasps with uncommonly agonizing venom, releasing them from its specialized eye sac to ward off attackers in large swarms. Throughout the day, its wasps forage for insects to feed both their developing larvae and the Infestoad itself, even offering themselves up as food toward the end of their natural lifespans. It is rarely necessary for the monster to move, and it may remain perched in an ideal location for years at a time, croaking its warning signal to interlopers. When employed in home security, Infestoad are often kept atop pedestals or in large, decorative pots.

This guy actually began as a cartoonier doodle I sketched after watching "Aaahh!! Real Monsters!" and wanting to come up with a character of my own. The sketch was more in the cartoon's actual style, and if you were a fan, you can probably see the similarities still present.
