Description
A long time ago, I sold a couple of old rubber toys on ebay, including a little anteater-like guy and one of those floppy, bug-eyed monster finger puppets.At the last minute, I drew this little comic and slipped it into the package. Whoever bought them was most likely a serious collector of vintage toys and I doubt they understood this, but I just unearthed the picture I took of it...so here you go.

I used to have tons as a kid out of vending machines, now only have a couple favorites left. I found out more recently that their most official name (I didn't know they had one at all) was "Slurfies"

I just got mine at a yard sale I was helping some people with when I was like 10.
It was one of the toys no one wanted to buy, so they gave it to me.

ha ha ha ha haa, i would have sent the comic JUST for there confounded and confused expression. i'd love to see his face and hear what he said when he saw it! i don't "get it" but really what's to get, it's random and funny. my kind of humor, the make no since kind, like the Airplane movies.

I still have one of those finger puppets, it's a little blue one and I used to scare the crap out of my mom with it when I was really little. Looking back, I think she feigned the fright.....T.T

I had TONS when I was little, they were so common in party favor stores. Now, you can only find either very cheaply made, hard plastic ones with tiny arms, or the high-quality but entirely different new set:
