Description
Truth, love beauty, whispered away like wind,Broken and bent by time, faded from memory,
These Bohemian ideals, flushed away yearly.
Fuck culture we scream, who cares about art?
My modern fix of life, a tapestry woven
By empty desires, I’ll take what I want:
Money , a partner who plays another part.
But there are those who scream for love,
words so loud they fall like shrapnel
on deaf ears, raindrops on roses.
Our voices fall like bloody shrapnel.

I'll have to agree, although I'm not a poetry man, even a dolt like me can find a lot of like in here. Your thoughts about art and how it's percieved by our generation is spot on. Kudos.

Thanks, i was particularly melancholy when i wrote this, but theres some love for art out there if you look hard enough, were living proof haha

mmm. this one's pretty strong.
personally, i think if you took out the 'that' in the second line of your third stanza, it would flow better. with the 'that' in there, you have an extra syllable, or beat, or whatever, and it kind of breaks the flow.
haha. but that's just my nitpicky-ness coming out again.
