It couldn't have because business has to comply with federal regulations and putting a "no black people" sign would be rascist. But it would also drive away business for that particular place. Baby ducks don't usually eat in resturaunts and generally are considered health violations and pests. I have nothing against ducks, but when you want to get into a conversation about rascism then more than likely I am going to be right. Why? Because I am a contradiction, I am both rascist and also I don't care what skin colour you are. It doesn't make sense and neither did that picture.

But won't there be a massive cull of baby ducks? Not a smart move in the long run. He should have brought in lots of other ducks and had a nice peaceful sit down protest. Whilst at the same time making sure that the restroom was never used.
