Well of course it went wrong, duh! He's not supposed to bend like that. It's like he's been in a car crash or something.Β
He's supposed to be all bendy and such. How else will he sneak up and destroy at Bunny's whim?

Yep, especially whenever I tried to cook or bake.

ah yes, cooking, both an art and a science. Not easy to master but a wonderful combination of the disciplines!

Especially if you can make a delicious dish. The times I managed to not burn, undercook, or add the wrong ingredients they were very appetizing.

This normally happens with things I create.....they go horribly wrong π°

and you know, in the end that is totally cool and ok!!! I remember hearing something like we have to make thousands of "bad" drawings before you make something good. I don't necessarily dig the value judgement of that statement (what entails bad, good with art?) but I do think it is a general reminder that if we keep practicing and spending time with the craft we will have greater chance of creating work that carries our voice and communicates our vision with greater precision of artistic intent.Β

This is true sometimes i thought it was a mistake too

sebreg In reply to StarRite [2018-01-07 23:11:37 +0000 UTC]
and ultimately making mistakes is important, it's how we keep learning and stumbling upon new things, at least that's what I think!!!Β

and yet we keep trying. There's a beauty and nobility in that, the relentless effort, to continue with the work, regardless of how it is turning out or how we may feel about it Β

sometimes those are the ones that end up being our most interesting creations? Maybe?

sebreg In reply to Korwynze [2018-01-07 23:05:51 +0000 UTC]
haha, but we must keep trying no?! I think there is nobility in continuing artistic efforts, regardless of how the work ultimately turns out. That's how I try to approach it. Creating OCs is a challenge but I have high respect for artists who push themselves with that!
