I don't often write tutorials because I have a hard time explaining things. This tutorial is for photoshop users that have knowledge of PS. IT IS NOT FOR FIRST TIME USERS!

It is in PDF format, so Acrobat Reader 4+ is required [or you can open it in PS itself]. I've also included an image of it [jpeg] if you prefer to use that. They are in a ZIP file. The password for the ZIP is secdoover. Don't come yelling at me asking for the password. You won't get a response. You should always read the artist's comments.
