She wanted me to draw her character, Ika. He looks creepier than I thought he would in my style.

Demon: Pfft... I'm way better than him!

Loa: ...Sure you are.

This required me to step out of my comfort zone. You can see that this is a lot more grotesque than what I usually draw. Plus, I added blood , which is something I don't normally do. However, I wanted to remain true to the character, so I felt like adding the blood was necessary. (I'm not sure if this should be marked as "Mature Content", but I guess it doesn't look too bad.)

I could've added color , but I wasn't sure about what his colors were. The image that provided for me didn't have color, aside from red (Have a look ). I decided to just leave him colorless, aside from red of course. (Update: Actually, he's supposed to be white.)

The image that provided for me also didn't show the legs and feet. She told me it was all skinless, but she didn't say how many toes he had. That may not sound like anything important, but I still had to guess. I figured it was , but since I wasn't too sure, I just went with (also, because it was easier to draw). I guess I could pretend that he just lost two of his toes on both feet, or something...

I also discovered an easier way for me to add shading! Not only will it save me a lot of time, but it looks a lot better than my previous method!

One last thing I'd like to mention is that I was getting an odd Zalgo vibe as I was drawing this.
